FORSTA mengoperasikan fasilitas manufaktur yang berlokasi di Gedung KBIC, Jl. Pulogadung 23, Kawasan Industri Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur. FORSTA didirikan untuk menjawab tantangan dalam peningkatan kemandirian nasional alat kesehatan Indonesia serta menjadi manufaktur alat kesehatan & diagnostik lokal dengan dampak global. FORSTA menjalankan bisnis dengan memastikan seluruh sistem, prosedur dan infrastruktur yang dibangun memenuhi standar lokal dan global.
Membuka lowongan untuk posisi sebagai berikut :
1. Production Intern
Job Requirements :
- Final year student or Fresh graduate from Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, and other relevant science major with an outstanding GPA from a reputable university,
- Familiarity with Production flow in relevant industry is preferable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Available to undergo internship program for minimum period of 3-6 months and ready to contribute to our dynamic team in Pulogadung, Jakarta.
Job Requirements :
- Final year student or Fresh graduate from Pharmacy, Biology, or other relevant science major with an outstanding GPA from a reputable university,
- Familiar with CE Mark and ISO 13485:2016 certifications is preferable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong teamwork skills.
- Demonstrate good leadership qualities.
- Willing to undergo 6 months internship program at Pulogadung, Jakarta.
3. Quality Control Intern
Job Requirements :
- Final year student or Fresh graduate from Pharmacy, Biology, or other relevant science major with an outstanding GPA from a reputable university,
- Familiarity with Quality Control in relevant industry is preferable,
- Strong general understanding of Quality Management System and related processes,
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills,
- Available to undergo internship program for minimum period of 6 months,
- Ready to contribute to our dynamic team in Pulogadung, Jakarta.
Job Description
Quality Control Intern
- Assist in maintaining the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide support in the documentation of RMPM specifications, finished product inspections, and release, including managing third-party lab inspections.
- Ensuring that the environmental conditions meet the required specifications through the process of monitoring and evaluation.
- Ensuring the effectiveness of procedures and implementation related to Quality Control.
