ALKINDO MITRARAYA was established in 1989 to consistently produce high quality synthetic resin for solvent based coatings manufacturing and market a wide range of alkyd resins with a 1,800 MTPA capacity. In 1993, the company organically extended to produce acrylic solution resins with a 720 MTPA capacity subsequently followed by an increased capacity of the alkyd plant, reaching a total capacity of 5,400 MTPA by the end of 1995.

Posisi dan Kualifikasi:
1.) Operator Produksi
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3
- Mampu menjalankan SOP yang ada
- Mampu mengoperasikan mesin untuk melaksanakan proses Produksi
- Mampu berkoordinasi dengan bagian-bagian terkait dengan baik
