Posisi dan Kualifikasi:
1.) Production SPV (Mandarin Speaker)
- Bachelor Degree or above from all major (Industrial Engineering or Management is preferred)
- Possess up to 2 years working experience in production management field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Full proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Understand the production process and lean manufacture concept
- Strong in problem analysis and solving skills
- Good at leadership skills, personality, communication, and highly responsible
- Understand ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and EHS and others
- Have good management skills
- Able to guide team to achieve target
- Understand and uphold product quality management
- Able to carry out management in planning, organizing, directing and controlling
- Understand the management and implementation of 6S
