Research & Development Officer
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor in Medical Physics with an outstanding GPA from a reputable university
- Experienced in the Research & Development Field is preferable
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, high driven and leadership
- Ready to contribute to our dynamic team in Pulogadung, Jakarta
Job Description
- Coordinate Research and Development activities in line with scientific principles for medical devices innovation.
- Estimate costs, resources, and time for research projects, monitoring performance to meet company targets.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise by collaborating with researchers and relevant institutions.
- Lead product/technology/process transfers and coordinate changes in raw materials and technologies.
- Review Device History Record (DHR), Product Quality Review, and manage changes in materials and specifications in compliance with company regulations.
