Recruitment Specialist
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (internal, external) based on MPP
- Working with internal line managers to understand their requirements on across different level hiring
- Develop recruitment strategy to fulfill manpower requirements
- Ability to identify suitable candidates, through database searches, internet and media job postings
- Organize & conduct preliminary interview, assessment, shortlist candidates, reference checks and offer recruitment process
- Maintain contact with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
- Ensure that the selection process is managed properly
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors Degree any major (Psychology is preferable)
- Minimum 2 (two) of full life cycle recruiting in a high volume environment and level (Head Hunter/FMCG/B2B Sales is preferable)
- Having experience in recruitment with a tight schedule is an advantage
- Skills: Behavioral Event Interview, Psychological tools, Computer literate, Negotiation & Communication skill,
- Willing to be place in Cibitung, Bekasi
