Management Trainee
Job Descriptions
- To obtain an understanding of how a company operates, its work process, and the goal to achieve for each department
- To participate in the company’s strategic planning process
- To support the manager in analyzing data and creating reports based on the work evaluation result
- To create suitable work programs and can solve problems that occurred in the work environment
- To create and conduct a process presentation for the programs created
- To design strategies increasing effectiveness and efficiency in the production process and produce quality output
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00
- Fresh graduate only
- Fluent in English
- Have active participation in extracurricular & social activities
- Have excellent leadership, proactive, and innovative thinker
- Work day Monday – Saturday
- Placement in Kawasan Industri Jatake – Tangerang
