1. Talent Acquisition Staff
Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring qualified candidates to fill job vacancies within the organization (end to end process recruitment)
- Will do a crucial role on ensuring that the company has a skilled and motivated workforce that aligns with its goals and values
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in psychology
- Minimum 2 years expect in recruitment or a related HR field, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of various sourcing methods and tools
- Contract basis based on project
- Willing to work from Office (WFO) in KB Bukopin HQ, Pancoran, South Jakarta

2. Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the smooth execution of the hiring process as a team leader
- Responsible for various administrative and logistical tasks that contribute to successful recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Provide essential support to the recruitment team, allowing them to focus on evaluating candidates and making hiring decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably from banking/financial industry
- Proficient in various sourcing methods and tools
- Willing to Work from Office (WFO) in KB Bukopin HQ, Pancoran, South Jakarta
