Job Descriptions
- Handle recruitment process for Shopee Express Mitra Riders and Drivers in Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Maluku, Kalimantan, Bali, Nusa Tenggara
- Scope of work includes, but not limited to sourcing, screening, and interviewing the candidates
- Coordinate with the stakeholders in the field to ensure the recruitment is fulfilled on time
- General administration duties
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from Psychology or related field
- Have previous working experience in recruitment for maximal 1 year would be an advantage
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self driven and highly motivated
- Willing to be employed under Contract employment
- Java, Sumatra, Sulawesi, Maluku, Kalimantan, Bali, Nusa Tenggara-based are welcome to apply
