Customer Service
Requirements
- D3 or S1 in any major
- Proven experience as a Customer Service, Tenant Relation, Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Able to handle complaint
- Able to speak in English is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using office equipment, including telephone systems and computer software (Microsoft Office)
Reponsibilities
- Maintain relationship with tenants
- Provide information to tenants about building facilities, events, etc
- Receive, input and follow-up on requests and complaint from tenants
- Serving the arrival of guests and asking the purpose of the arrival of guests to ensure that the visit is relevant and recorded in the documentation
- Answer phone calls from internal and external by screening and forwarding phone calls
