Posisi dan Kualifikasi:
1.) Pick Up Point Coworker
- Skilled in retail and/or logistics processes, tools and working methods.
- Ability to prioritize and organize individual work duties to make the most efficient use of time available.
- Confident in approaching and talking to people and demonstrating a friendly manner when approached by colleagues.
- A flexible approach/open to change also good personal discipline and attention to detail.
- As you will work in Pick up Point, you have the ability to work a mix of day including have willing to be mobile and placed in Cikupa, Suvarna or anywhere as needed.
2.) Pick Up Point Team Leader
- Good retail skills, commerciality and customer focus, have awareness of trends in consumer behavior, and understand how to create business in the multichannel environment.
- Proven ability to make things happen and give direction, maintain effective work behavior in the face of setbacks or pressure, to prioritize and delegate with a high level of decisiveness.
- Experience of setting, clarifying and implementing action plans. Providing clear direction and following up goals for area of responsibility.
- Striving for excellence and high performance.
- As you will work in Pick up Point, you have the ability to work a mix of days and including have willing to be mobile and placed in Cikupa, Suvarna or anywhere as needed.
