Sejak saat itu TOKAI RIKA terus berkembang bisnis mereka dan PT TOKAI RIKA INDONESIA menjadi anak perusahaan kelima di kawasan ASEAN. Tujuan pendirian baru perusahaan di Indonesia adalah untuk mendukung kebutuhan pelanggannya secara aktif dan cepat, di mana perluasan pasar mobil.

Requirements
- Male/Female
- Minimum 22 years old
- Bachelor degree from reputable university (Majoring Psychology/Management is preferable)
- Understand of employee recruitment, training & development program
- Able to speak English
- Great capability & Data Analyst i Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, PPT, etc)
- Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill
- Willing to be placed in MM2100 industrial Estate, Cikarang – Bekasi
Job Description
- Implement the talent management & development system in the company
- Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process until the onboarding of new employee
- Prepare employee evaluation
- Analyze Souikufuu (Kaizen) data & present to the management
- Support the flow of employee documents in an orderly and neat manner
- Employee counseling & other industrial Relation stuff
