PT Steel Pipe Industry Of Indonesia (SPINDO) merupakan suaru perusahaan dalam negeri yang berpengalaman dalam memproduksi berbagai macam pipa baja/tabung dan berbagai produk terkait lainnya, serta memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan spesifik para konsumennya. Didirikan pada tahun 1971 dengan kantor pusat di jalan Kalibutuh 189-191, Surabaya.

1. Operation Trainee

Qualifications

  • Maximum age 25 years old
  • Bachelor degree at Engineering from reputable university
  • Minimum GPA 3.20
  • Active in the organization/committee
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Active in English
  • Be able to negotiate, influence, and convince
  • Be able to think critically and solve problems
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Location East Java

2. IT Support Staff

Qualifications

  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, System Information, Computer Sciences or related field preferred.
  • GPA minimum 3.0
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
  • Good command of English both oral and written
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • High initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
  • Driving license: SIM A and C
  • Domicile at Surabaya
  • Location Surabaya

Responsibilities

  • Prepare IT hardware & software for users
  • Provide IT hardware & software troubleshooting services
  • Perform maintenance of IT hardware & software
  • Fulfill IT related user requests
  • Work together with IT infrastructure team (supporting server, network, telco)
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work reports

3. HR Dept Head

Qualifications

  • Maximum age 40 years old
  • Minimum bachelor degree
  • Minimum 7 years experience in the same field
  • Have experiences and good knowledge in organization development, recruitment, assessment, training, talent management, career management, performance management system, remuneration, and HRIS
  • Hard worker and able to work in a team
  • Active in English
  • Location Surabaya

4. Sales Dept Head

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree from reputable university
  • GPA minimum 3.00
  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Experience in steel/pipe manufacture or pharmacy
  • Minimum 4 years as a supervisor
  • Experience in manufacturing, B2B, and B2C business
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • Passion for selling in close cooperation with local account managers and application engineers, an intense focus on customer service and an overwhelming desire to succeed
  • Fluent in English (writing & speaking)
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team
  • Location West Java

5. Marketing Staff

Qualifications

  • Maximum age 35 years old
  • Minimum education bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Ready to work according to the target
  • Be able to work both individually and in a team
  • Discipline, honest, thorough and responsible
  • Have good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

  • Fluent in using graphic design tools, photo and video editing tools
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English
