PT Honda Prospect Motor Membuka Lowongan untuk posisi sebagai berikut:
1. Facility Staff
- Monitoring and troubleshooting electrical equipment also making maintenance planning for power substations & transformers in the Factory area. Analyze equipment and system facility (SCADA, BMS & IoT) when problems occur and develop the automation system.
- As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.
Specific Requirement
- Major: Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (high voltage)
- Work under shifting hours
- Proficient in PLC
- Placement in Karawang, West Java
2. Customer Care Strategy Staff
- Coordinate with dealers and vendors to ensure documents related to emergency service programs are complete and the process is running properly. Conduct financial administrative activities in the department.
- As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.
Specific Requirement
- Major: Diploma of Management, Administration Management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta
3. Aftersales Operation Staff
- Supervise dealer after-sales activity and determine the right strategy and standardization to align with the company’s strategy to improve dealer after-sales performance.
- As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.
Specific Requirement
- Major: Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Management
- Able to drive a car and have a driving license
- Willing to travel for a business trip
- Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta
4. Sales Operation Staff
- Control the dealer’s sales operations by analyzing the dealer’s sales achievements and determining strategies to achieve sales targets.
- As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.
Specific Requirement
- Major: Bachelor of Engineering, Management, Business, and Economy
- Able to drive a car and have a car driving license
- Willing to travel for business trip
- Have good negotiating skill
- Able to perform data processing & analysis using Microsoft Office
- Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta
General Qualifications
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
- Independent and ready to work in the manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical thinking
- Attention to detail
- Discipline, firm, and have a strong leadership
- Able to work under pressure and target-oriented
- Have an interest in the automotive field (automobile)
- Proficient in Ms. Office
- Proficient in English (both oral & written)
- Have a TOEIC/TOEFL Certification with a minimum score of 550 for TOEIC or 493 for TOEFL
- COVID-19 vaccine certificate (doses 1-4)
- Certificate of Good Conduct: Indonesian Police Certificates (SKCK)
