- BTPN SMART Bankers Program is one of BTPN Acceleration Programs that prepares fresh graduate talents to become Professional and Smart Bankers. This program offers the opportunity to pursue career in areas within Corporate Banking.
Qualifications
- Fresh Graduate with a minimum of Bachelor Degree from any major or less than 1 year or working experience
- Has strong persuasion, communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical thinking & high creativity
- Strong interest in sales actives with target orientation
- Has his motivation, commitment and perseverance to overcome challenges
- Proficient in English (Verbal and Written)
- Available for placement at BTPN Head Office or BTPN Branches across nation, such as: Jakarta, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Solo, Medan and Surabaya
