Hyundai Motor ASEAN Headquarters (sebelumnya Kantor Pusat Hyundai Motor Asia Pasifik) didirikan pada akhir tahun 2020 dan kantor pusat regional di bawah Hyundai Motor Company, Divisi Kantor Strategis Asia. Kantor ini berbasis di Jakarta, Indonesia. Kantor tersebut terdiri dari tim ahli yang mengembangkan strategi, merek, dan perencanaan untuk mendukung kawasan Asia Tenggara dengan beberapa negara lain di dekat daratan China.
Membuka lowongan untuk posisi sebagai berikut:
1. General Affair Specialist
Responsibilities
- Fixed asset register, maintaining and services
- Building and parking maintenance
- Infrastructure and facility management
- Supervise the company’s documentations (especially the validity of the documents)
- Supervise the orderliness of Office administration and facilities
- Coordinating with interior and Mechanical Engineering Works third parties for building and constructions contract
- Coordinating with external according to agreement & service of HMID facilities
- Vendor management
Requirements
- Bachelor’ degree form any major with minimum 3 years of work experience in General Affair
- Advance skill in Microsoft Office
- Understand about infrastructure and utilities
- Fluent in English
2. Talent Acquisition & Employee Branding
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire high-quality candidates for various positions within the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media platforms like Linkedin and job portals like JobStreet, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct effective screening, interviewing, and assessment techniques to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit with company culture.
Requirements
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods.
- Experience using social media platforms like LinkedIn and job portals like JobStreet.
- Create compelling job advertisements and marketing materials to attract talent and enhance the company’s employer brand.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition and employer branding.
3. Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment process :
- Prepare and implement required data / information to support the recruitment process
- Review the MPP list and required documents before execution
- Posting job advertisement in the available platform, including but not limited to: online job advertisement (i.e. Jobstreet), linked in, Company website, recruitment agency, job fair, campus recruitment, etc.
- Candidate sourcing and selection based on the open positions
- Evaluate the candidates based on the requirements for the positions defined by company and related department
- Propose the selected candidates for further review by providing the candidate’s profile summary and other required information before submission to the Hiring department
- On boarding process :
- Ensure that candidates submit required onboarding documents as defined in the SOP
- Provide onboarding training for new employee
- Register employee to available system and application at company
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any major with minimum 4 years of work experience in recruitment
- Advanced skill in Microsoft Office.
- Have experience in automotive industry will be advantage
- Fluent in English
